On March 2nd we will be hosting a Bingo night fundraiser. This will be a fun filled evening for families and all parishioners. The youth and their parents are working very hard to make this an amazing night. I believe for $10.00 per person you will receive pizza and drinks, (soda or water). desert coffee and Bingo cards. We will have silent auction items and great prizes for winners of each Bingo game. Please see the flyer insert below:
What is important to me as the youth leader is the hard work each of us must put into the mission. The commitment to each other. This is not thought of as a sacrifice. This is simply a way of life. We cannot understand the purpose of the mission if we are not willing to work hard for it, now and especially afterwards for our entire lives.
We do not seek reward. The reward will come in the eyes and hearts of those we work with and the humble accomplishments of our love. We do not seek points. The point of our mission is to grow and to be reminded that we need to justify our lives. We remain humble and quiet with what is accomplished. In the end it is not how much we get done. What really counts is what we start and continue with. As it was in the beginning is now and ever shall be, world without end.
